Packager Pink Home Loans and lender BM Solutions have teamed up to offer brokers a menu-styled product for the sub-prime market.

David Copland, sales and marketing director at Pink, said: ‘Menu-style products avoid putting clients into adverse categories such as light, medium, and heavy, and ensure clients pay only for the credit they have. One of the most attractive features of the range is that after two years the rate tracks Bank base rate regardless of the initial rate calculated.

‘Unlike many products in the sub-prime market, The Pink Menu Mortgage ensures the borrower’s level of adverse credit will not determine the pay rate for the lifetime of the mortgage.’
