Packager Genesis Home Loans has signed The Royal Bank of Scotland to its Genesis Direct lender panel.
Royal Bank Mortgage Services will offer its 100%, buy to let, and self-certification products for direct submission to Genesis’ intermediaries. Previously, all business between the two companies had been conducted through the packaging arm, in a relationship that dates back to 2001.
John Lee, head of sales and marketing at Genesis Home Loans, said: ‘For those already using them as a packaged facility, it will offer an alternative option for business submission, while for those that do the majority of their business as direct submission but who do not currently use their services it will offer yet another choice of lender and products.’
