Specialist buy-to-let lender Foundation Home Loans has appointed Jeff Knight to the newly created role of director of marketing.
Knight (pictured) will be responsible for all the company’s marketing activities and will be based in the company’s Bracknell offices. Jeff has 19 years’ experience and has worked for GMAC RFC, Castle Trust and Pepper Homeloans.
Foundation Home Loans launched in February 2015 and according to chief executive, Hans Geberbauer, Jeff will bring a fresh perspective and vision to its plans for the future.
He said: “Jeff joins us at an extremely exciting time, as we continue to grow and build on a really strong end to 2016. We have ambitious plans for growth in 2017 and Jeff’s expertise and experience will be invaluable to our overall strategy, so we are delighted to welcome him on board.”

She has an MA in Radio from Goldsmiths after gaining a 2:1 in a Comparative American Studies BA at Warwick University. She also holds a TEFL qualification and taught overseas in Mexico and Japan from 1994 to 1997.
Her role includes editorial oversight of the news, analysis and features, event content management and strategic and editorial consultancy for the AE3 Media group. She is an experienced video, broadcast and live-event host and regularly chairs web and podcast debates and interviews.
Multiple award nominations have resulted in two wins: Santander Media Awards, trade journalist of the year and Headlinemoney Awards, mortgage journalist of the year (B2B).
