The panel was set up to support the club’s members giving advice in the retirement sector.
It forms part of a hub which offers advisers the option of either submitting cases directly to the lender or referring the client to a master broker. The hub also offers educational support and market news on the sector.
LV joins four other firms; L&G Home Finance, Hodge Lifetime, Pure Retirement and More 2 Life.
Jeremy Duncombe (pictured), director, Legal & General Mortgage Club, said the addition of LV was testament to the strength of the club.
“The addition of LV follows on from our direct-to-lender second charge panel, complementing the master broker panels we have for both propositions,” he said. “We ensure we supply choice for brokers, however they wish to access lenders.”
The club launched its panel of second charge lenders in May, offering its members direct access to Precise Mortgages, Prestige Finance, Paragon Bank and United Trust Bank.
