All 641 appointed representative firms and 1,775 advisers of the two firms will sit under the new network.
The move will help strengthen the firm and eliminate confusion between First Complete and Pink, which are both a part of LSL.
Toni Smith, business operations director at Primis Mortgage Network (pictured), said: “We are hugely excited to announce the unification of First Complete & Pink to form Primis Mortgage Network.
“The announcement was extremely well received at our annual event and completes the final stage of our network integration and move to a single brand.”
Personal Touch, the network recently bought by parent company LSL, is not immediately expected to be a part of Primis.
Ian Crabb, group chief executive of LSL, recently said the group’s strategy is to enhance its position as a leading mortgage distributor and grow long-term profitability.
