The ZIFA Mortgage Network is to become the first life office mortgage panel to offer members a micro-targeted lead generation service.
Using a database containing over one million names, members can purchase leads to local individuals with a profile suited to remortgaging, as well as to individuals who could make huge savings by consolidating their personal loans into a new mortgage. Each lead is comprised of a name, address and telephone number. To help members use leads successfully, they also come with a personalised mailshot letter and a best-practice guide.
The service, which launches in March, follows a successful pilot at the end of 1999.
Andy Young, mortgage network director at ZIFA, explained: “For every 100 mailings sent out members secured seven appointments, four of whom went on to do business. Including commissions, fees and the cost of targeting, members saw an average return on their investment of 500%.”
To coincide with the launch, ZIFA will be introducing a range of new remortgage and debt consolidation offers. Leads cost 50p each with a minimum purchase of 50.
