Preferred Mortgages has extended its 1.25% discount offer on its new product range until 31 May 2003, due to high demand for the products.

Simon Biddle, marketing communications manager at Preferred, said: ‘This new range is very attractive for intermediaries. Demand for the new products has been so great, that we had no choice, but to extend the offer.
