Proposed mortgage club, Mortgage Watchdog, has produced a video it hopes will become known as ‘a salesperson in a box’. The video is the work of former regulator and managing director of Mortgage Watchdog, Monty Burn. Burn said: ‘The only way to ensure every customer taking out a mortgage knows the right questions to ask to make an informed decision, is to inform them by video or DVD. There must be nationwide consistency with the information provided by advisers.’
