The training and support programme includes weekly mortgage sourcing webinars for Mortgage Brain Anywhere and Mortgage Brain Classic and a twice weekly training session for its electronic trading platform, the MTE. Brokers can also access daily module based webinars for its CRM and point-of-sale system.
Mortgage Brain said it was offering a further range of training support services including online video tutorials, help guides, release notes and full customer support services from its product support team.
