Moneyfacts has revamped its mortgage sourcing system, which pledges to offer a faster, more flexible search system.
Mortgage SearchScreen enables intermediaries to download the Moneyfacts database and save the information onto their hard disk. The database can be transferred onto a laptop and updated at any time.
Valerie Bullard, sales and marketing manager at Moneyfacts, said: ‘Previously, users had to dial back to Moneyfacts databases to get the results that matched their criteria. That data can now be held on their PC. The data is accurate and independent, and any product changes are updated immediately. It is fast and simple to use ‘ no special training is required.’
Additional features of the improved system include, updated menus, a buy-to-let search facility, and results, which are sorted into initial rate, APR, monthly payments or true cost.
Mortgage SearchScreen costs £24.85 plus VAT a month, but is only available through an annual subscription.
