TenetLime adds four smaller lenders to panel to boost specialist range
Network TenetLime has added building societies and a retirement market specialist to its whole of market mortgage panel, saying that smaller lenders are an important part of the market.

Saffron for Intermediaries, Market Harborough Building Society, Marsden Building Society for Intermediaries and Hodge Lifetime will all join the panel.

“The FCA has recently expressed concern that smaller lenders can have problems accessing bigger broker networks, but our experience is that smaller players are an important part of the market, offering benefits such as manual underwriting, a personal approach to case assessment and niche products, designed for more unusual lending circumstances,” said TenetLime managing director Gemma Harle (pictured).

She said that access to more specialist products is an essential part of fulfilling the needs of the company’s end-consumer segment.
