TSB has increased select residential and product transfer rates by as much as around 0.3 per cent.
The changes come into force from today.
Two-year fixed house purchase and remortgage deals up to 85 per cent loan to value (LTV) with £995 fee rates have been upped by 0.3 per cent.
Two-year fixed rate up to 60 per cent LTV is priced from 4.74 per cent for purchase and 4.69 per cent for remortgages.
Two-year fixed rate house purchase deals with no fee between 85 and 90 per cent LTV have risen by 0.3 per cent. Pricing ranges between 5.54 per cent and 5.74 per cent.
On the product transfer side, two-year fixed residential rate deals up to 85 per cent LTV with £995 fee have gone up by 0.3 per cent.
