Accord launches 10-day fixed rate sale
Accord Mortgages has launched six fixed rate mortgages for just 10 days, with equivalent offsets also offered with a 0.20% loading.

With fees of £996, the 70% LTV two-year fix is offered at 2.59%; the three-year at 2.79% and the five-year fixed rate mortgage at 3.09% from today.

The loans are available until 8pm on Thursday, 6 December.

Steve McAvan, Accord Mortgages product manager, said: “This will be our third sale of 2012 and we hope this one is as successful as the others which proved very popular with brokers and customers.

“We want to end the year with a bang and we think we are achieving that by offering such a strong range of competitive rates at a variety of terms.”
