Lloyds Bank will refund a one month mortgage payment worth up to £1,000 for customers who remortgage with it from another lender.
However, the deal is only available to customers who do so directly with Lloyds Bank and until 12 November.
The move is the latest from major lenders as they start to target the £35bn remortgage boom due in the next two months.
Brokers responding to this week’s Mortgage Solutions poll said they believed now was the best time ever to remortgage.
