Pink Home Loans has updated its loyalty scheme for intermediaries by offering more incentives for those using its Pink Premier plan.

David Copland, sales and marketing director of Pink Home Loans, said: ‘There are three main benefits for intermediaries using the Pink Premier service. They get access to the mortgage desk, which gives free help from skilled, knowledgeable staff. There is a business development team and they are able to track the progress using the internet.’

Pink Premier is available to intermediaries who can guarantee that they will submit at least one mortgage application per month and then maintain the minimum application rate with a conversion rate of at least 50%.

‘We want to ensure that those using Pink Premier can get access to our services when they want to. We want to offer a better service to those giving us good business,’ said Copland.

Intermediaries who are unable to guarantee to submit at least one application a month can access the service for a monthly fee of £60.

Pink also offers the Pink Mortgage Club, which provides access to the lender panel and insurance services. ‘We are offering two packages as there are some people who can’t make the commitment of Pink Premier,’ Copland said.

Main features of Pink Premier

• Packaged lender panel

• Direct lender panel

• Exclusive products with enhanced commissions

• 24 hour payment of commission

• Online case tracking

• In-house conveyancing

• Compliance support

• Pink insurance
