Vicki Evans is the new sales and relationship manager at Xit2. As a result of increased levels of business, Xit2 has expanded the relationship team and Evans joins existing sales and relationship manager Andy Noyce to develop current relationships, as well as to identify and secure new clients.

HML

HML financial director Neil Warman has taken on the permanent role of client relations director in addition to his existing responsibilities as finance director. Following the reorganisation of HML, announced in early February, the client relations team reported to Warman on an interim basis, and this represents a formalisation of the role. Warman joined Banc of America Securities in early 2007, establishing a mortgage referral programme for a subsidiary company, and became HML’s finance director in December last year.

Goldsmith Williams

Goldsmith Williams is boosting the size of its national sales team. It has appointed seven new people: Alyson Swann, regional account manager, East Midlands; Christopher Foster, regional account manager, Midlands; Melissa Smith, telephone sales, North West; Dave Rutland, telephone sales, East Midlands; Mark Richey, telephone sales, South West; Dale McRoy, telephone sales, North East; and Michelle Bennett, telephone sales, South East. The enhanced sales team, which now numbers 15 personnel, reports to Donna Smith, head of sales, and is supported by David Shortt, corporate service director. Goldsmith Williams has structured its sales team so each regional account manager works in liaison with a tele­phone sales person.

Skipton Building Society

Jason Clarke has taken on the role of head of PR at Skipton Building Society. As well as running the press office, he will head up the events and sponsorship department. Clarke has previously worked at Halifax as the senior media relations manager. n
