Eleven staff members at packager Savills Lending Solutions (SLS) have been placed into consultation following a strategic review of the firm.
Melanie Bien, director at Savills Private Finance, said business conditions led Savills to the decision.
She added: “With Beacon pulling out of the market, there is a lack of lenders available and we need to review the business. We do not know how many redundancies will be made. The consultation period will allow the company to see what should be done to the staff members.”
