This will enable DAs to generate their own mortgage leads.
The website will allow consumers the ability to access and search for a mortgage, life and conveyancing deals, and alerts DAs when the customer registers an enquiry so they can make contact quickly in order to try and secure the business.
The cost of the system available through TMA is a one off set up payment of £150 and a subscription of £50 per month.
However TMA said that if firms complete three conveyancing cases per month through eConveyancer, the monthly subscription will be free.
Phil Whitehouse, head of TMA, said: “This new web-based facility enables any intermediary the ability to fight back at the price comparison websites and generate their own leads 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
“Intermediaries can now truly compete in a cost effective way and potentially earn income even when their offices are normally closed.”
Nigel Hoath, managing director at QuickQuote4u.com, added: “We believe launching this facility represents a great opportunity for DA s to have access to an innovative and interactive website.
“It is fully tailored to meet intermediary’s requirements in a cost efficient manner by allowing customers to compare prices of a range of financial products.”
