The provider said significant demand for its products following competitor movements meant the lender was forced to manage volumes online.
“Therefore, over the past week we have been using the online case booking system to actively manage booking volumes, which has resulted in daily tranches selling out quicker than usual,” it said.
Due to a technical issue, brokers will not be able to book cases over the weekend but can still submit and package cases booked over the last five days.
“We obviously apologise for any inconvenience this will cause,” said Woolwich.
