NatWest Intermediaries to launch loyalty 90% mortgages
NatWest Intermediary Solutions is to launch a range of cashback mortgages for borrowers with a NatWest or Royal Bank of Scotland current account.

The product range is available from Wednesday 8 August and offers LTVs from 60% to 90%, offering £250 cashback.

To be eligible for the products, applicants must have opened an account with either NatWest or RBS before 1 July.

The range includes a five-year fixed rate at 6.19%, available up to 90 LTV, and a two-year fixed rate at 5.95% up to 90% LTV. Both products include a £995 product fee. NatWest is also launching a two-year fixed rate at 2.99% up to 60% LTV and a two-year tracker at an initial rate of 3.19% up to 60% LTV, both of which are available for a £995 fee.

Interest-only is available on the cashback products where the LTV is 75% or less, subject to applicants meeting the interest-only criteria, said the lender.

NatWest is also adding three-year fixed rate products and two-year trackers to its standard range, including:

– Three-year fixed rate, initial rate 3.65%, available up to 65% LTV, with no product fee

– Three-year fixed rate, initial rate 3.95%, available up to 75% LTV, with no product fee 

– Two-year tracker, initial rate 2.99%, available up to 75% LTV, with a product fee of £2,495

– Two-year tracker, initial rate 3.19%, available up to 60% LTV, with a product fee of £995

– Two-year tracker, initial rate 3.50%, available up to 75% LTV, with a product fee of £995

– Two-year tracker, initial rate 3.80%, available up to 60% LTV, with no product fee

NatWest Intermediary Solutions head of sales Mark Bullard, said: “We are delighted to be able to unveil such a comprehensive range of mortgages.
