The ceremony will be held at the glamorous Westminster Park Plaza Hotel in the heart of London.
Comedian Sean Lock will perform a stand-up set on the evening before the awards are handed out across 25 separate categories.
The awards will recognise the best achievement by individuals from among lenders, broker firms and business leaders during the past 12 months.
In addition there are two special awards for press spokesperson of the year and lifetime achievement.
This year’s British Mortgage Awards has seen the implementation of a new judging process with some candidates undergoing a more rigorous selection process including face-to-face interviews with the judging panel.
