Personal Touch head of propositions Vikki Jefferies said: “I’m delighted that Vida Homeloans have become the latest addition to our lending panel.

“Vida Homeloans’ expertise in specialist residential and buy-to-let will provide our brokers with solutions and flexibility to help clients in a variety of circumstances.”

Vida Homeloans director of sales – mortgages Louisa Sedgwick added: “We are thrilled to be working in close collaboration with Personal Touch to offer its network members a range of specialist mortgage solutions targeted at borrowers who are overlooked by the mainstream lenders, including the recently self-employed or contractors and first-time buyers who need gifted deposits.”
