Both provide a maximum loan value of £1m.

Product changes also include a 60 per cent LTV two-year fixed rate reduction to 1.67 per cent from 1.72 per cent, as well as a 60 per cent LTV five-year fixed product to 2.23 per cent from 2.28 per cent.
