The lender said that from today brokers would only need to call one number to talk to the broker support team for new business and product transfer queries and existing mortgage applications.
To find the number brokers need to enter their company and introducer on the contact us page on the website to find the right details.
The lender has consequently taken its admin number and product transfer numbers out of use. The admin number was 0800 085 1390 and the product transfer number was 0800 032 7865.
Santander said brokers should remove these numbers from their contacts.
The lender said that change came after listening to broker feedback and that the change would make it easier for brokers to contact them.
