Norwich and Peterborough BS (N&P) has increased its LTV values from 65% to 75% for borrowers applying for its Spanish mortgage.

The product is available to British expatriates for the purchase and remortgage of their main home, holiday home or retirement home. N&P offers a 5.04% fixed rate for two years, or a 5.99% fixed rate for five years.
