Shakespeare Martineau to host ‘Lending into Retirement’ conference
Law firm Shakespeare Martineau is hosting its third event for lenders and mortgage brokers titled 'The financially active over 50s – Lending into Retirement' at its Birmingham offices.

Speakers and panellists include Robert Sinclair, chief Executive of AMI, Andrea Rozario, chief corporate officer of Bower Retirement, Paul Broadhead, head of policy at the BSA, Kate Davies on behalf of the Equity Release Council, Ben Thompson CEO of ULS Technology and Kate Faulkner a well known property industry commentator.

Paul Saunders, head of lender services, said: “The main focus of the conference is to discuss and debate the borrowing needs of the over 50s, which is an increasingly important, and significant segment of the population for the mortgage market.”

The conference consists of two presentations and a Question Time panel debate and runs from 9.30am to 1.30pm.
