Tiuta has reduced its bridging interest rates by up to 0.40% for all loans between 60% and 75% LTV on an open market valuation for properties in England and Wales.
For loans between 51% and 75% LTV OMV, interest rates will now be from 1.25% per month.
Loans up to 50% LTV OMV will remain from 0.95%.
