Abbey For Intermediaries plans to launch two exclusives, including a flexible offset at 2.95% and a five-year fixed rate at 3.99% with a low fee.
Both loans are available to homebuyers and remortgagors.
The offset is available up to a maximum loan size of £1m and the fixed rate at up to £550,000.
