The app is designed for brokers to use with clients at the point of sale, enabling advisers to search the market for mortgages deals and select the most suitable for their customers.
It will also contain a number of other features, including mortgage calculators, a graphing and analysis tool and the ability to save searches for future use.
Mortgage Brain expects the app will be available to brokers at the start of 2013.
