Allen has previously worked for HSBC and network Positive Solutions. He will work alongside the recently appointed compliance director Gavin Earnshaw as compliance manager.
Mark Graves, formerly the head of Pink network, announced his decision to join The Right Mortgage and Protection Network in September and will take up his position on 1 November. He joins as a shareholder of the business alongside joint managing director and founder Martin Wilson who set up the network in the second half of 2014. Wilson was responsible for the launch of Personal Touch Financial Services in 1994.
Ex-TMA marketing manager Lauren Bagley joined the network in August with the appointments of Judith Brandrick TMA’s ex-sales manager and TMA key account manager Jane Reid following in September.
TMA and Pink are both brands of the LSL Property Services Group.
Earnshaw said: “The compliance function is a fundamental part of our business and we want to ensure, especially during this period of strong growth, that our service is robust and proactive as well as having flexibility to work with our members on an individual needs basis. Ben’s experience and diligence will certainly help us maintain this approach.”
