Berkeley Alexander launches AXA range for brokers
Berkeley Alexander has brought two intermediary products to market, both underwritten by AXA.

The general insurance provider’s first product is the AXA Advanced – a five star rated building and contents policy aimed at the mid net worth (MNW) market.

It brings Berkeley Alexander’s online household panel to 17 products from eight insurers.

The product will cover up to £150,000 of contents value and amounts of this limit can be covered by Berkeley Alexander’s high net worth panel.

The second product available is the AXA Residential Let, which offers a core policy for landlords looking to insure their residential buy-to-let property, increasing its online landlord panel to nine products from six insurers.

Geoff Hall, managing director of Berkeley Alexander, said he was confident the additional products offer brokers and independent financial advisers with a good variety of insurance policies.

The insurance provider has now 17 household and nine buy-to-let products available online with 56 household products available to brokers via its contact centre.
