The tool will be available to all brokers using the Smartr365 offering.
SmartrCriteria provides brokers with 394,000 criteria outcomes from more than 95 lenders to help determine the best possible outcome for borrowers. From October, brokers using Smartr365 can directly access the tool through the platform and will be automatically logged onto the Legal & General Mortgage Club portal.

The 24/7 system is continually updated through interaction with lenders, and enables brokers to gauge potential products and opportunities for their clients.
Brokers will also have access to the club’s mortgage support services via phone and a live chat function.
