Its range, which covers individuals and businesses, include a mortgage protector product aimed at covering borrowers who are out of work and need help keeping up with their mortgage repayments.
April UK has made a host of guarantees over the service it will provide to Paradigm members, including answering calls within three rings during business hours, with all telephone queries resolved on the same day.
It is also promising to assess claims and resolve them within four working days.
Mike Allison (pictured), head of protection at Paradigm, said the firm was always looking to work with providers who “push the envelope” in their focus on customer service and support to advisers.
He added: “That’s certainly the case with April UK who, by coming on panel, will allow us to widen the breadth of products we can offer advisers, as well as ensure we have a number of new product options that are unique to them.”
