LifeSearch launches digital partnership solutions to aid mortgage brokers

Independent protection specialist LifeSearch has teamed up with partner brands to offer digital protection products and improved its platform to allow mortgage brokers to enhance protection journeys.

The platform Powered by LifeSearch will allow mortgage brokers to embed a “suite of innovative products” thought open API and end-to-end white label solutions.

The service will also include expert tele-interviews for customer disclosure, pipeline management, underwriting expertise, complex risks, quality monitoring, retention and lapse management, plus customer care support, claims handling and trusts.

Partnership services will also offer a flexible range of buy-now, referral partnership, end-to-end or partial journey solutions.

The firm said that as consumers were increasingly looking for a “channel agnostic choice” in how they apply for and bought protection.

LifeSearch said the “further investment” into its platform, along with increased support from insurer partners would help “achieve their ambition of protecting all demographics of the UK consumer ‘properly’”.
