Twenty7tec brings out marketing platform for advisers
Advice tech business Twenty7tec has released a digital marketing platform, Communicate, for mortgage, wealth and protection advisers to offer a range of lead generation tools.

The tools can be embedded into websites, social media and other inbound communication channels.

The platform allows advisers to design, automate and deliver outbound marketing campaigns to existing and prospective customers via email, Whatsapp, text, telephone and social media channels.

When someone engages with the campaign, Communicate will use an AI-powered chatbot to offer information to the individual and then direct them to continue their conversation with an adviser.

The platform was developed by Freddie Savundra and the team at Meet Parker, which Twenty7tec acquired in January.

As part of Communicate’s launch the Meet Parker team has been fully integrated with Twenty7tec and the brand will cease to exist.

Savundra will continue working at Twenty7tec to manage and further develop the Communicate platform.

James Tucker (pictured), CEO of Twenty7tec, said: “The launch of Communicate is the culmination of three years of work by Freddie and his team to build the most sophisticated digital marketing platform that the financial advice market has seen. We are hugely excited by this platform’s potential to help advisers attract, engage and retain clients.”

Savundra added: “The biggest challenge I faced when working with advice businesses has been how to drive more inbound leads digitally, whilst simultaneously increasing client retention. Existing solutions were either too complicated to use, or it didn’t provide all of the functionality needed.

“I founded Meet Parker with the goal of making the most customisable and easy-to-use digital marketing platform in financial services. Our team have delivered something exceptional, and I’m delighted to bring Communicate to market as a Twenty7tec product.”
