Exclusive: UinsureCX receives 25,000 referrals in Q2
UinsureCX, the digital insurance technology from protection provider Uinsure, has received 25,000 referrals through the platform in what it describes as a “reshaping” of how insurance is offered to clients.

Some 200 firms are now using the platform which launched in March and enables advisers to generate insurance quotes during the mortgage process.

Uinsure said in a sector where around 75 per cent of mortgage customers purchase insurance outside of the intermediary market, the UinsureCX platform aimed to highlight the importance of offering a quote to all clients.

This is done using data collected during the factfind process which generates personalised insurance quotes to clients.

Meeting evolving insurance needs

Martin Schulthiess (pictured), group managing director of Uinsure, said: “We’re delighted by the response to UinsureCX, exemplified not only by the 25,000 referrals received last quarter but also by the rapid rate of intermediary adoption that means over 200 firms are now using the technology.”

The firm has also employed trading optimisation and data teams to refine the product. This will be done by analysing customer behaviour to optimise the process for different kinds of people.

Schulthiess added: “Our commitment to innovation and collaboration with intermediaries is proven by the impact that UinsureCX is already having on the industry. The recent investment in our trading optimisation and data teams reinforces our dedication to refining our digital product to meet the evolving needs of customers. Their efforts ensure that UinsureCX remains adaptable and responsive to customer feedback and experience.”
