The scheme is exclusively for the firm’s mortgage intermediary clients, and they can earn a range of rewards on top of their referral fees when they use the Sortrefer system.
The six levels are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Elite, and gifts are available when intermediaries reach case completion milestones.
Rewards include spa days, hotel stays, fine wines and luxury hampers.
Sortrefer has also lowered the threshold for rewards at the Bronze level, and intermediaries now need to complete 15 conveyancing cases instead of the previous 25 to receive a £15 lifestyle voucher.
Intermediaries need to complete 25 cases for Silver, 50 for Gold, 75 for Diamond, 100 for Platinum and 150-plus for the Elite level.
Since launching the scheme in 2021, Sortrefer has rewarded over 1,000 intermediaries. In 2023, more than 340 clients were given gifts.
Clients who are registered with Sortrefer will be enrolled onto the scheme automatically and receive rewards based on cases in this calendar year.

Sortrefer is a branch of Sort Group, which also includes Sort Move and Sort Legal.
Last year, Sortrefer launched a flexible remortgage product.
