Earlier this year a Mortgage Solutions poll found more than half of brokers were active in the secured loans space.
A spate of lenders launched into the secured loans space at the end of 2013 while mortgage lenders including Precise have also moved into the sector.
Our poll in February found 56% of brokers said were active in the sector.
Now, six months on, we ask brokers how many cases they have completed in the last six months to monitor the progress of the market.
