Majority state-owned lender Northern Rock has confirmed its £99 application fee is now available for residential purchase and BTL customers.
On 24 August, the bank announced it was forced to delay the reduced fee due to an internal system error.
It said in a statement: “We regret any inconvenience this has caused to customers.”
