The direct-only two-year discounted range also includes a 90% LTV deal currently at 4.35% (discounted 1.34%) and 85% LTV mortgage at 3.50% (discounted 2.19%).
The deals have a booking fee of £199 and completion fee of £800 up to loans of £500,000 and 1% above that.
In addition, the Leeds has introduced a fees-assisted range of two-year discounted deals, including a two-year deal up to 85% LTV currently at 3.80% and up to 90% LTV at 4.95%.
There is also a fees-assisted two-year variable rate deal up to 95% LTV at SVR+0.20%, with a current rate of 5.89%.
The fees-assisted range has a booking fee of £199, no completion fee and offers a free valuation up to £335 and free in-house legals for remortgages.
All mortgages allow borrowers to make 10% capital repayments each year without penalty and have tapering early repayment charges of 3% in year one and 2% in year two.
