Santander for Intermediaries launches

Santander has launched Santander for Intermediaries today, bring all of its intermediary products under one brand.

Information about Abbey mortgages, along with Santander general insurance and Cater Allen bank products, is now available on a new website, Santanderforintermediaries.co.uk.

Santander for Intermediaries managing director Miguel Sard said: “Our vision at Santander for Intermediaries is to be the intermediary partner of choice and we want to work even more closely with our intermediary partners to write quality business and meet the needs of their clients.

“The intermediary channel is very important to Santander and we are committed to broadening and deepening our relationships with intermediaries.”

The lender has harnessed online media to promote the launch – Santander’s intermediary bosses have made a video for the website and an updated iPhone app will soon be available to download for free from the Apple app store.

Santander is also offering intermediaries the chance to enter a competition to meet one of its three brand ambassadors, Jessica Ennis-Hill, Rory McIlroy or Jenson Button, at a meet and greet event.
