Metro Bank has announced a new application form is in circulation, which includes the updated affordability section.
The matrix is designed to make it easy for brokers to track what has been announced as lenders make their preparations for the MMR. It includes information such as communication dates, links to helpful material and pipeline information.

Jeremy Duncombe, director, Legal & General Mortgage Club said: “Following the successful launch of our ‘MMR matrix’ last month we have updated the document so that it reflects the latest developments. We will aim to keep updating the document over the next few weeks to make sure brokers are getting the information they need ahead of the MMR.”
