Santander adds to high LTV range
Santander has added three products to its high loan-to-value (LTV) range aimed at borrowers with a deposits of between 10 and 20% of the value of their homes.

At 80%, borrowers can access a rate of 1.84% fixed for two years. Borrowers with a 10% deposit can choose from a two or five-year fixed rate at 2.59% and 3.49% respectively.

All three products come with a booking fee of £995 and are available for remortgage and purchase applicants.
The lender has also made reductions to selected two and five-year fixed products and removed the booking fee entirely.

Brad Fordham (pictured), Santander’s managing director of intermediaries, said: “We want to support people get a foot on the housing ladder. We hope that these reductions in rates coupled with improving our range of zero booking fee options will help customers keep their upfront costs down and secure their dream home.”
