Specialist distributor TFC Homeloans is offering brokers up to £1m in free legals, subject to lender approval, for remortgage clients over a finite six-month period.
The offer is open to brokers signing up to TFC’s free special members’ club, Focus, and is in partnership with law firm Blacks Connect.
Designed for intermediaries and free of charge, membership of Focus will offer a wide range of advantages to brokers and their clients.
Focus will also offer a priority help desk, bespoke support on commercial and development cases, cash flow funding, exclusives and text and email case tracking, among other benefits.
