The legal panel company has said the 10-day completion period will apply once all documents have been returned.
ProConveyancing launched in 2020 and has been working with estate agents, brokers, lenders and other property professionals. It is headed by managing director Gary Roy Markham and head of legal practice Hayley Hellon.
It was set up with an aim to improve customer service and communication during the conveyancing process.
This partnership comes after LMS completed its first fully automated remortgage with its LMS Dart (decisioning and automated remortgage technology) platform. The platform assesses information as soon as it has been submitted and avoids manual intervention depending on the complexity of a case.
