Mortgage advice firm CLS Money has appointed Lauren Alter (pictured) as its head of operations.
She joins from Home of Mortgages where she was sales manager for over two years and prior to this, she was a regional sales manager at Countrywide Mortgages for two years. Alter also worked at Nationwide for seven years, most recently as area manager deputy for mortgages.
At CLS Money, she will report to Clayton Shipton, founder and managing director.
Alter will support the specialist adviser, admin and protection teams at the firm’s office in Essex.
Alter said: “I am excited for the growth plans for CLS. To be growing in such a tough market right now shows me what a great place CLS will be to join. Watch this space 2023.”
Shipton added: “Lauren has a long history of working in the industry and as we continue our growth plans for 2023, we needed to bring in senior management and Lauren was the perfect fit. We are looking forward to welcoming her onboard.”
