Merrett has worked at SimplyBiz Mortgages for over three years as head of strategic development, and before that was managing director of largemortgageloans.com for around two years.
Before that, he worked at Alexander Hall for over 14 years, most recently as technical director.
Daffern has been with SimplyBiz Mortgages for around two years as senior lender account manager, and before that was national account manager at Mortgage Brain for nearly three years.
Prior to that, he was at Hinckley and Rugby for Intermediaries for around a decade in various roles including key account manager and business development manager.
‘Members have had to adapt quickly’
