Clydesdale Bank is withdrawing select exclusive remortgage and new customer deals at 80 per cent loan to value.
In its exclusive remortgage range, the lender will remove its two-year fixed at 80 per cent LTV with £1,449 fee at 4.6 per cent and its five-year fixed at the same LTV with the same fee at 4.23 per cent.
On the new customer side, its two-year fixed rate with £999 fee at 4.54 per cent and its equivalent five-year fixed rate at 4.22 per cent will be withdrawn.
Its fee-free two-year fixed rate at 4.84 per cent and its five-year fixed rate counterpart at 4.33 per cent will be removed.
Clydesdale Bank said that the rates would still be available to existing customers for product transfer and called on brokers to send applications for these deals as soon as possible.
