Increases of between 0.05 per cent and 0.48 per cent have been made of selected residential fixed rates.
Select one-year fixed rate products at 90 per cent loan to value (LTV) and above have been withdrawn.
All buy-to-let fixed rates have risen by between 0.2 per cent and 0.42 per cent.
The lender added that fixed rate residential products at 80 per cent LTV and 85 per cent LTV remain unchanged.
