LendInvest extends resi deal access to Legal and General Mortgage Club
Mortgage platform LendInvest has launched its residential mortgage offering to Legal and General Mortgage Club members.

Club member firms will be able to access its residential range, as well as its buy-to-let and houses in multiple occupation (HMO) ranges.

The residential offering aims to cater for customers who may not meet mainstream lender criteria. This includes those with multiple sources of income, self-employed, small business owners and a bespoke key workers product.

Loans of up to £1.5m are available, with term length varying from seven to 40 years and maximum loan to value (LTV) of 85 per cent available. Pricing begins at 6.5 per cent.

LendInvest has been broadening its distribution base for its residential mortgages, launching through Sesame and PMS along with Dynamo, Brightstar, 3MC and Mortgages for Business.

The firm said that the “partnership supports the business’s ambition to ramp up the distribution of its residential mortgages product on a national level”.

Esther Morley (pictured), managing director for residential homeowner at LendInvest, said: “We are thrilled to announce the latest milestone in our ongoing commitment to providing innovative mortgage solutions.

“By extending access to our new residential mortgages range, we are taking another significant step towards enhancing our suite of products to cater to the diverse needs of borrowers. This development aligns seamlessly with our mission to empower homeowners with accessible and efficient mortgage options.

“Partnering with Legal & General, a stalwart in the mortgage industry with its extensive network and renowned mortgage club, underscores our commitment to collaboration and customer-centricity.”

Clare Beardmore, director at Legal and General Mortgage Club, added: “Giving brokers access to more product choice and specialised solutions is vital to ensure borrowers get an outcome that is right for them.

“By partnering with LendInvest to provide our members access to their residential, buy-to-let and HMO mortgages, we are continuing to support the brokers we work with and providing the tools they need to meet their clients’ needs.

“The partnership will not only help brokers simplify the most complex cases through the use of LendInvest and Legal & General’s proprietary technology, but will also support borrowers through what can be one of the most stressful times of their lives.”
